Led by Stephen Sidkin, our fashion law group is unique within the legal profession. It has been created from a cross-departmental team of lawyers, to provide our many clients within the fashion and retail industry a high level of expertise, and a dedicated ‘one-stop shop’ service.

We understand that fashion houses, suppliers and distributors, agents and retailers all face unique challenges.  They require lawyers who understand the nature of short and ever-changing product cycles, pressures surrounding counterfeit goods and unfair competition. 

Our role is to advise our clients on the legal mechanisms which will protect and encourage the growth of their businesses.
