Fox Williams recently advised CREALOGIX Holding AG (“Crealogix”) on the acquisition MBA Systems.
MBA Systems is a leading supplier of e-trading and information systems to the securities industry based in the UK.
Crealogix is a FinTech software company based in Zurich, Switzerland, which provides software solutions in the fields of digital banking, e-payments, and e-learning. Its shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange, and the company has offices in Switzerland Germany, Austria and Singapore.
Working closely with Crealogix at all times, corporate partner Paul Taylor led the Fox Williams team, principally assisted by corporate associates Elliot Cowan and Charlotte Eliasson, tax associate Jaspal Pachu and employment associate Paula Volkmer. Dutton Gregory LLP acted for the sellers.
