When FA Simms was appointed as administrator to Gotlingerie Limited (Dreamgirl International ‘s UK distributor), a significant quantity of stock was the subject of an ownership dispute.
The Fox Williams’ team (led by commercial law partner, Steve Sidkin, and insolvency partner, Paul Taylor) handled all aspects of the acquisition of the stock. They also advised Dreamgirl International on the negotiation of new contractual arrangements with a new UK distributor. Actons Solicitors (Chris Murratt) acted for FA Simms.
