Fox Williams advises Jonas Software on its acquisition of Fitronics Limited (The Retention People)

FW advised Jonas Software, a subsidiary of its longstanding Toronto-listed client Constellation Software Inc. on its acquisition of Fitronics Limited (trading as The Retention People ("TRP")).
TRP is a leading provider of software to the Fitness & Leisure market worldwide. TRP uses detailed market research to drive product development into solutions, processes and training packages to improve the customer experience, creating promoters of fitness & leisure brands and increasing customer loyalty.
Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Foodservice, Construction, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Attractions, Metal Service Centers, Moving & Storage and Education industries.
