FW advises Westhouse Securities on the AIM listing of Fluormin Plc

Fox Williams LLP advised Westhouse Securities Limited in connection with the admission to AIM of Fluormin Plc (formerly Maghreb plc). Westhouse acted as Fluormin's nominated adviser and broker. Fluormin plc, is a fluorspar production and exploration company with operations in South Africa and Tunisia and raised £3.7 million on Admission.
Head of Capital Markets Richie Clark and Senior Associate Nick McCarthy led the Fox Williams team on the transaction and were assisted by Corporate Associate Matthew Giddings and Tax Associate Jaspal Pachu. Fasken Martineau acted for Fluormin Plc.
