FW advises the shareholders of ESA Design Limited

Fox Williams acted for the shareholders of ESA Design Limited in connection with the sale of the Company to Capita Symonds Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of The Capita Group Plc.
ESA Design Limited is part of an established architecture and design group with offices in London, Hull and Poland.
The Transaction involved a complicated pre-sale organisation of a share scheme structure. Shareholders received cash and/or loan notes for their shares.
