Fox Williams acted for Earthscan Limited ("Earthscan"), the world’s leading publisher on sustainable development, environmental technology and climate change, on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Informa Group plc ("Informa"), an international business listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Informa has approximately 8,000 employees with 150 offices in over 40 countries. Informa aims to provide unparalleled knowledge and highly specialised services to a wealth of academics, businesses and individuals across the globe.
