Fox Williams acted for the Shareholders of Willan Publishing Limited (“Willan”), a leading criminology publisher, on the sale of its share capital to Informa UK Limited (“Informa”). Willan was founded in 1999 and rapidly established a reputation as a leading and award winning publishing house in the criminology field, with a strong emphasis on research, writing and scholarships.
The Fox Williams team included Peter Faber and Rebecca Ekundayo. Informa was advised by Flagate LLP.
