Fox Williams LLP advised Steven Esom on an investment in Bart Spices Group Holdings Limited, which was formed to facilitate an acquisition of Bart Spices. Bart Spices is one of the UK’s leading quality herbs and spices suppliers and was the first company to supply Fairtrade spices to UK Supermarkets.
Bart Spices was acquired in an acquisition led by the consumer sector mid-market private equity firm Langholm Capital. The acquisition backed Bart Spices’ existing management. Steven Esom has also joined the Board as Non-Executive Chairman.
