We strive to create a happy and efficient working enviroment for our people, that's intune with our core values. This has resulted in an Investor in People accreditation and recognition in the 'Best Small Companies' category of The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For survey for in 2004 - 2006 and in 2007, the firm was again awarded 'Best Company' accreditation.

In 2008, Fox Williams was judged by the Managing Partners' Forum (an association of managing partners of professional firms), to be among the Top 100 professional services firms in the UK to work for. Recently the firm was 'Highly Commended' for the Law Excellence Awards in Client Services.

• Fox Williams' partners have been instrumental in the creation of the Association of Partnership Practitioners (“APP”).  The purpose was to provide a dedicated forum for those interested in the law and practice relating to partnership. The multi-disciplinary association now has 238 members including all the leading players in the field. Tina Williams is an APP committee member and chairs its working parties on multi-disciplinary partnerships and age discrimination.
• Mark Watson is President of the Labor Law Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats.
• Nigel Miller is past Chairman of the Society for Computers and Law and was recently elected as a Fellow of the Society.
• Stephen Sidkin is deputy chairman of the Commercial Law Sub-committee of the City of London Law Society.
• Jane Mann co-founded the Employment Lawyers’ Association and was its first secretary.  She stepped down as Chairman of the 4,000 lawyer strong association to become a Life Vice President and recently joined the City Personnel Group Committee.
