• Advising AIM-listed Universe Group plc, which provides loyalty, payment and forecourt technology for oil companies and petrol stations, on a £3,000,000 placing with existing and new institutional investors
• Advising 2sms.com Limited on a number of fundraising rounds, raising an aggregate of around £750,000 from new and existing investors
• Advising an AIM-listed biotech company on a £3,000,000 fundraising by way of a placing with institutional and private investors
• Advising Beamreach Capital LLP on its investment into software and consultancy business Centrix Networking Limited
• Advising a syndicate of angel investors on a £250,000 seed funding round for healthcare company Orbel Health Limited
• Advising Telcogames Limited, a developer and distributor of mobile games, on an inward investment from YFM Venture Finance Limited, and its subsequent acquisition of Finnish mobile games developer Fathammer

• Advising a payment solutions company on its corporate structure and arrangements with a new operational management team
• Acting for Rapid Action Packaging Limited, a producer of innovative and environmentally friendly food packing, on a number of investment rounds led by cleantech investor Ludgate Environmental Fund

• Advised an international manufacturing company on its investigations into alleged financial misconduct by three members of its senior management team in the UK, including its longstanding Chief Executive.
