Clare works in the corporate department undertaking a range of commercial work with a particular focus on the technology and ebusiness sector.

Recently, Clare has been involved in:

·                   Advising on cross-border data protection issues;

·                   Managing applications for worldwide trade marks, advising in respect of trade mark oppositions, co-existence and infringement;

·                   Advising on and drafting service agreements;

·                   Drafting and advising on e-commerce agreements, including web-site development agreements.

·                   Advising on distribution agreements.

Clare is a member of Fox Williams’ ebusiness law team.

From a personal view

Outside of work Clare enjoys travelling and socialising in cultural spots in London in order to enjoy culture by osmosis.
