Our multi-disciplinary team of partnership lawyers advises on every aspect of partnership and LLP law, practice and regulation. We also act for individual partners.

We advise on partnerships and LLPs as vehicles for joint ventures and other co-operation arrangements and as part of asset holding and owning structures, including real estate, private equity and carried interest structures.

Much of our work has an international dimension. We advise overseas professional service firms establishing offices in the UK and continental Europe and advise on cross-border mergers of partnerships.
