Partnership and LLP's
Our multi-disciplinary team of partnership lawyers advises on every aspect of partnership and LLP law, practice and regulation. We act for professional practices of all kinds: lawyers, accountants, surveyors, architects, actuaries, doctors, dentists, management consultants and financial services firms. We also act for individual partners.
We advise on partnerships and LLP's as vehicles for joint ventures and other co-operation arrangements and as part of asset holding and owing structures, including real estate, private equity and carried interest structures.
Much of our work has an international dimension. We advise overseas professional service firms establishing offices in the UK and continental Europe and advise on cross-border mergers of partnerships.
The commercial solutions to many of the issues faced by partnerships and LLP's cannot be found in textbooks. Experience in handling these issues is essential. The depth of experience of our partnership law group is unrivalled. Many new clients come to us as a result of existing client recommendations.
