We act for an incredible variety of clients, including multinationals with thousands of employees, professional services firms, family-owned business and senior individuals.

Employer clients
Our employer clients often come to Fox Williams specifically for employment advice.  We see our role as supporting HR teams, senior management and in-house counsel in dealing with the multitude of employment issues that arise in the workplace.  Our employer clients include banks, insurance companies, wealth and asset managers, hedge funds and private equity houses, as well as professional services firms, such as law firms, accountancy firms, property consultants and advisors and management consultancies. 

Reflecting our extensive involvement in these sectors, Jane Mann, our head of employment, sits on the management committee of the City HR Association - the professional body for HR professionals in the financial services sector.

Individual clients
Over the years, we have built up a comprehensive and much sought-after service advising senior individuals before, during and after their employment.  Many are employed within the banking and financial services sector, where we have unrivalled knowledge, but increasingly we act for board level and other senior employees in other sectors.  Together with our partnership team, we also advise individuals at professional services firms (particularly law firms), hedge funds and fund managers.
