The partnership law group is a cross-departmental team of lawyers, headed by Tina Williams, covering every aspect of partnership law, practice and regulation.  We act for both firms and for individual partners.  Many of our clients are professional service firms and partners - lawyers, accountants, surveyors, architects, directors, dentists, management consultants.  Much of our work also has an international dimension.  We advise overseas partnerships when establishing offices in the UK and continental Europe and advise on cross-border mergers of partnerships. 

Members of the partnership law group speak publicly and write extensively on matters affecting the professions.  We are at the forefront of new developments in the law affecting partnerships through our membership of the Association of Partnership Practitioners (where Tina Williams and Gavin Foggo are past and present members of the Committee respectively).
