Romella advises both employers and senior executives on a wide range of HR and employment law matters including: discrimination, ill-health, maternity, employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, executive service agreements and termination packages.
Romella also regularly contributes to the HR law website.
Romella trained at Dechert in London and during her time there spent periods working at their offices in Philadelphia and Brussels. She qualified in October 2006 and spent over a year at Slaughter and May before joining Fox Williams in December 2007.
