Evie is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice.
Evie’s dispute resolution experience includes court litigation, arbitration and mediation. Evie has acted on a wide range of commercial disputes, including: misappropriation of shares in a listed company, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of contract (including breach of restrictive covenants and misuse of confidential information) and partnership related disputes. Evie has acted for both companies and individuals and her experience covers both domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Evie is also a member of the firm’s agentlaw team and advises both agents and principals on disputes arising out of or in connection to agency agreements.
Evie graduated from Brunel University in 2006 with a first class degree in Law. Evie worked as a paralegal in a London based litigation firm before studying for the LPC at BPP Law School in 2007. Evie joined Fox Williams as a trainee in September 2008 and qualified into the dispute resolution team in September 2010.
