Tina is one of the UK’s leading partnership and limited liability partnership experts. She advises on establishment, structuring, partnership documentation, management and remuneration issues, mergers and other types of combinations and affiliations, regulation, partner and team moves, discrimination, administration and dissolution. She frequently works on international transactions and has represented many of the US law firms that have established an EU presence.

Tina is also a hugely experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in cross-border M&A.

Tina graduated from the University of Oxford with a masters degree in modern languages. Following graduation she qualified as a solicitor and, in 1989, co-founded Fox Williams. She was Senior Partner from 2005 to 2013. She became Chair of the firm in 2013, with a special focus on international business.
