• We advised on the acquisition of a lease of  the City office of  FM Insurance in Lime Street, London
• We advised on the acquisition of  restaurant premises in Brewer Street, London and concession in Selfridges for HIX
• We advised Barbican Insurance on its lease of its HQ offices in Gracechurch Street.  We handled the real estate due diligence exercise on the acquisition of a major Central London shopping centre
• We continue to advise a number of overseas investment funds on substantial office lettings in the West End and City of London with annual rents in excess of £1M
• We advise several of the firm’s fashion sector clients on a range of property interests including acquisitions of flagship stores in Central London and on new ventures into the retail market
• We have advised on several acquisitions and on portfolio management for Panther Plc and its associated  companies
• We advise innovative regeneration company, Urban Space Management Limited, on several inner city projects and market schemes
