This session is with forum theatre actors

What is harassment at work? This issue can still give rise to difficult judgement calls, particularly in the context of disciplinary and grievance processes. We will explore useful guidance from the EHRC. We will then consider what steps an employer is expected to take when the source of the harassment is a ‘third party’ such as a customer, client, supplier, or member of the public. Selwyn Blyth will be joined by forum theatre actors, who will bring these issues to life using ‘forum theatre’. You will have the opportunity to make suggestions on how to address the issues – but no role playing or acting is required of you.
