Bribery Toolkit

Risk Assessment Questionnaire
In deciding what, if any, anti-corruption procedures to put in place, the corporate body must as a minimum have assessed the risks, and reviewed their existing anti-corruption procedures to understand how they are likely to be viewed by the UK authorities in the unfortunate event that a bribe is offered or given. It may well be that changes need to be made to their existing procedures to minimise the risk of a problem in future. Fox Williams LLP have designed a Risk Assessment Questionnaire which covers areas of risk. A member of our team will spend time with a client going through the risk assessment, so that a tailored risk assessment can be produced.

Draft Policies and Procedures
Following the risk assessment and after reviewing existing policies and procedures, we produce bespoke policies and procedures to dovetail with the client's existing policies.
