We have extensive experience in advising a variety of clients on all real estate issues concerning the hotels and hospitality sector having acted for many high profile restaurants and hotel operators over many years.

We have advised on the acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises and in conjunction with our corporate colleagues, of operating companies as well as restructuring and finance arrangements. Our instructions have also involved hotel development projects, hotel management agreements, advice on tronc payments and competition and regulatory issues in the hotel food and drink industry. We also assist on a day to day basis with property management teams within this sector in dealing with matters such as tenant consent applications relating to use, fit outs, refurbishments and alterations, wayleaves and telecoms issues as well as rent reviews, service charge issues and lease renewals and extensions.

Our clients own a diverse range of assets, from large multi-million pound prime Central London and West End hotels and high profile restaurant premises to single site operators and restaurant entrepreneurs.

Our clients value our focus on providing a great service, quick and efficient responses to instructions and queries and our focus on working commercially as part of a collaborative team with our clients and their other professional advisors.
