• Acted on behalf of a national housebuilder in connection with the strategic acquisition of a development site redesignated under the Local Plan and acquired on an unconditional basis, having due regard to future planning, access and development requirements.

• Provided specialist bespoke advice to developers on title issues or third-party rights preventing development.

• Acted for a private developer who has secured development agreement arrangements in connection with a London Borough authority for 400 residential unit residential scheme including two towers and ancillary commercial space.

• Acted for a developer of a property requiring part of the public highway registered to a London Borough authority, to maximise development that was structured by way of a Call Option conditional on planning permission and Stopping Up of Highway Order.
