Our experienced real estate team advises on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant matters; from agreeing heads of terms at the outset of a transaction to assisting with dilapidations claims at the end of the lease.

We advise both landlords and tenants across a broad range of sectors including industrial, office, retail, leisure, and hospitality. In addition, we work with a number of long-standing landlord clients on the day to day management of their property portfolios and lettings.

Landlord & tenant experience

• Advised on, negotiated and completed an agreement for lease, two new 10-year leases and a licence to carry out works in a re-gear and acquisition of additional space for a media firm.

• Acted in a significant relocation from short term accommodation in Tower 42, London, to a long term let in the newly developed Angel Court enabling our client to continue to grow and expand.

• Advised on several acquisitions and we regularly advise on portfolio management matters for Panther Plc and its associated companies.

• Advised a number of overseas investment funds on substantial retail and office lettings in the West End, Mayfair and City of London with annual rents in excess of £1M.
