Fox Williams LLP acts for the sellers on the sale of VerdErg Connectors Limited

Fox Williams LLP acted for the selling shareholders of VerdErg Connectors Limited, a market leading specialist in the design and delivery of bespoke subsea connection systems for the offshore energy sector. The consideration for the purchase of the entire issued share capital of VerdErg Connectors Limited is a substantial but undisclosed sum.

The purchaser is Ameriforge UK Limited, a UK subsidiary of the private-equity backed AF Global Corporation Inc, which is based in Houston and is a substantial player in the global engineering turnkey solutions market.
