Fox Williams recently advised Woodlakes Leisure Limited, a leisure company providing fishing and accommodation facilities in Norfolk, on the sale of its business to Woodlakes Park Limited.
The site consists of five lakes, stocked with a range of fish, which cover 30 acres of land and which have been used by anglers for over 50 years. Visitors stay in Norwegian log cabins which overlook one of the lakes and have the benefit of being able to fish straight from the private swim in front of their cabins.
Corporate partner Paul Taylor led the Fox Williams’ team and was assisted by corporate associate Julia McKendry, tax senior associate Shofiq Miah and real estate associate James Young.
