Fox Williams LLP acted for Charles Tennant and Company (Northern Ireland) Limited in connection with its strategic acquisition of Walls & Ceilings International Limited from individual vendors.
Walls & Ceilings International Limited distributes a comprehensive range of drylining, insulation and ceiling products across the UK.
The acquisition completed successfully on 30 June 2017.
