Fox Williams LLP acts for selling shareholders as part of a transaction under which First Mile received first round investment from Growth Capital Partners

First Mile, a London based recycling company, announced in May an investment from private equity firm Growth Capital Partners (“CGP”) in order to continue its rapid growth and invest in service. First Mile has revolutionised the way businesses recycle and over 17,000 businesses across London have signed up to their flexible, reliable, and low cost recycling and waste services.

First Mile’s senior management team are investing alongside GCP and will continue to lead the business post-completion. The investment is to deliver the team’s growth plan, underpinned by investment in infrastructure and operations to ensure high service levels to new and existing customers.
