Fox Williams advised Context Limited on the sale of the entire issued share capital of its subsidiary Justis Publishing Limited to vLex Holdings Limited. vLex is an international legal research service with access to materials from more than 100 countries, including many civil law jurisdictions.
Justis is a UK-based online legal publisher with clients in more than 40 countries. The acquisition of Justis, which completed on 27 March 2019, gives vLex a greater balance of common law materials and extends its coverages in 20 countries from partial to comprehensive and gives vLex a greater foothold in the UK legal tech and research market.
