Fox Williams advises Jonas Software on its acquisition of Uniware Systems

Fox Williams advised Jonas Software on its recent acquisition of Uniware Systems, a leading, proven provider of EPoS systems for the hospitality and retail industries with more than 600 customers worldwide.  The transaction completed on 30 August 2019.

The Fox Williams team was led by Head of Corporate Richie Clark, principally assisted by corporate associates Sarah Carlton and Priya Mattu, as well as Head of Tax Emma Bailey, tax director Joanne Varia, financial services regulatory partner Sona Ganatra, senior associate Mardi MacGregor and associate Chris Tanoh.
