Acquisition Financing Fox Williams acts for Clydesdale Bank

Fox Williams acted for Clydesdale Bank plc in connection with its financing of the acquisition by Stay Holdings Limited of Sameday Office Space (Trocoll) Limited and the business and assets of Sameday Office Space Limited.

Sameday Office Space provides short term office facilities in fully serviced suites at various locations.
