Day one of the competition will take place at the offices of the CIArb and the final will be held at Fox Williams’ offices on day two, Sunday 1 March.
Amongst the competing teams, we will also be welcoming back last year’s runner up, the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Other returning teams include Aix-Marseille University (France), Kobe University (Japan) and the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).
Peter Ashford, the firm’s head of international arbitration, will be chairing the event. Peter said, “We are delighted to welcome several new university teams to this year’s competition and are looking forward to hearing how they will address this year’s mooting problem. Anyone who would like to participate as a judge should contact premoot@foxwilliams.com.”
