Fox Williams advises NYSE-listed Rollins, Inc. on the acquisitions of Albany Environmental Services and Van Vynck Environmental Services

Fox Williams recently advised Rollins, Inc. (Rollins), a premier global consumer and commercial services company listed on the New York Stock Exchange on two separate UK acquisitions: the acquisition of Albany Environmental Services (Albany) and Van Vynck Environmental Services (Van Vynck).

Albany are pest control experts offering solutions to environmental problems for both residential and commercial properties and businesses throughout the UK. Albany was established in London in 1998 and following business growth to a nationwide client base, launched a new head office in Chelmsford in 2014.

Van Vynck provide professional pest control and bird control services throughout London and the Southeast. Van Vynck have been providing a wide range of environmental services for over 25 years from specialist bird control techniques to general pest control.

Working closely with Rollins’ excellent in-house team, the Fox Williams team on both acquisitions was led by head of corporate Richie Clark and corporate associate Sarah Carlton, principally assisted by corporate trainee solicitor Hollie Allen, head of tax Emma Bailey, tax director Joanne Varia and employment senior associate Tom Pennington-Hare.
