From our Diversity & Inclusion Forum

We have been reflecting on the current events unfolding in the US following the death of George Floyd. We appreciate that many of our colleagues and friends will be angry, hurt and upset that this sort of behaviour is still occurring not just in the US but in the UK too. We have a zero tolerance to racism and are committed to embracing and celebrating our diverse workforce. Now, more than ever, it is important that we support our community, both inside our firm and outside, in line with our Values: with kindness and respect.

Over the next week, our D&I Forum will be sharing their personal experiences and thoughts on discrimination so that we can learn from each other’s realities. Through this journey we hope we can all learn how behaviours or words may impact others.
