Fox Williams advised the ultimate shareholders of LKP on the sale of the group’s entire issued share capital to Hachette UK. LKP was founded by Laurence King in 1991 and is billed as one of the world's leading publishers of books and gifts on the creative arts. The sale also includes LKP’s successful German business, Laurence King Verlag.
