SEMINAR: Bursting the bubble? How to value technology companies

Seminar: 3 November 2011, 9am - 11am
Ten Dominion Street, London, EC2M 2EE

Join Fox Williams, ICON Corporate Finance and the London Technology Fund for an interactive seminar focused on valuing technology companies.

The stratospheric valuations placed on companies such as Facebook, Twitter and Groupon have prompted much debate as to whether a second technology bubble is developing. The valuation question is one which many technology entrepreneurs will need to address during the life-cycle of their business, whether raising growth capital or seeking an exit. Join our panel of experts for their views on how companies can  maximise their valuation.

Our seminar will discuss:

The current state of the market and likely trends

  • How VCs value technology companies
  • The legal tools which VCs use to protect their investment
  • How to maximise your chances of a successful exit

Places are limited so please register early by emailing Brooke Kirby at bkirby@foxwilliams.com with your full name and company details to secure your free place.
