Fox Williams advises Daniel Stewart and Company Plc and Northland Capital Partners on a $1.2 million placing and admission to AIM of Magnolia Petroleum Plc

FW advised Daniel Stewart and Company Plc (“Daniel Stewart”), in its role as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker, together with Northland Capital Partners (“Northland”), to Magnolia Petroleum Plc (“Magnolia”), on a $1.2 million placing of shares in Magnolia and the admission of its issued share capital to AIM.

Magnolia is an oil and gas production company focused on the acquisition, exploitation and development of oil and gas properties located onshore in the United States.

Admission became effective and trading in the ordinary shares of Magnolia commenced on 25 November 2011.
