FW advised Jonas Software (“Jonas”), a subsidiary of TSX-listed Constellation Software Inc. on its acquisition of London & Zurich Plc (“L&Z”).
L&Z is a leading provider of integrated payment collection solutions throughout the United Kingdom, offering a full suite of financial collection and management solutions.
Jonas is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Foodservice, Construction, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Attractions, Metal Service Centers, Moving & Storage, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems and Consumer Product Licensing industries. Within these ten vertical markets, Jonas boasts 31 distinct brands, all of which are respected and longstanding leaders within their own domain.
Working closely with Jonas’ excellent in-house legal team, corporate partner Richie Clark led the FW team, principally assisted by corporate associates Sharon O’Donnell and Mary Elliott, tax partner Emma Bailey, tax associate Jaspal Pachu and real estate senior associate Rebecca Watkins.
