Should it stay or should it go? Have your say on TUPE reform

March 6, 2013

The Transfer of Undertakings (or “TUPE”) regulations may not have many fans in the HR community but the Government is proposing changes to the TUPE regulations to try to improve and simplify them.  The views and comments of those who have to deal with TUPE in practice are being sought through a Government consultation exercise.  Fox Williams will be responding to the consultation and is collating the views of its clients and contacts to form part of its submission.  To have your say on some of the most important changes being proposed, please click on this link to a short survey of 5 questions.  This is your chance to help change TUPE for the better!
