Fox Williams advised the Sellers of Coffee Snobs Limited, owner of fourteen Costa Coffee franchises, on its sale to Kuwait Stock Exchange listed Kout Food Group KSCC.
Kout Food owns a number of UK restaurant franchises including Burger King, Pizza Hut and KFC.
