FW recently advised Jonas Software (“Jonas”), a subsidiary of TSX-listed Constellation Software Inc., on the acquisition of i-Salon Software (“i-Salon”) and Cunningham Cash Registers Limited (“CCR”).
i-Salon is a leading provider of Salon Software and Services to businesses throughout the world. i-Salon specializes in technology solutions that help salon and spa owners enhance their business processes, sales, and workflow with such tools as staff scheduling, point of sale, online appointment booking, inventory and text messaging.
CCR is a leading provider of EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems to a number of niche markets in the UK, with a strong presence in the education, hospitality, retail and the growing cashless market.
Jonas is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Salon & Spa, Foodservice, Construction, Attractions, Metal Service Centers, Moving & Storage, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems, Consumer Product Licensing, and Retail industries. Within these 12 vertical markets, Jonas boasts 52 distinct brands, all of which are respected and longstanding leaders within their own domain.
