Andrew has over 20 years’ merges & acquisitions and investment experience as a corporate lawyer. Having also been a corporate financier at Credo Group and an in-house lawyer at Capita Group, Andrew brings strong commercial experience to his clients’ transactions.

He advises clients on public and private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, flotations and off market fundraisings (private equity, venture capital and high net worth investment), acting for companies such as Directa Plus Plc, high profile scale-up company, DueDil and Tech track 100 company Blis. Andrew acts as a trusted adviser to the clients with which he works, advising them on a wide range of business issues in order to ensure effective outcomes.
Andrew is the founder of the business network, the Trusted Network, a Governor at Arnold House School and is a member of the firm’s Partnership Board.
Advised the shareholders of payments business, Infinity International, on its sale to Pollen Street Capital backed, Currency Holdings Limited.
Advised the main shareholders of the cinema and film distribution group, Curzon, on the sale to USA based, Cohen Media Group.
Advised EdTech company Firefly Learning on its £5.2 million Series B funding round led by Downing Ventures. Existing investors BGF and Beringea also participated in the round.
Advised the shareholders of DueDil, a fintech business, on the sale of their shareholdings to Artesian Solutions, a software company.
Advised award-winning, ‘API Only’ technology provider Yapily Ltd on a funding round, co-led by LocalGlobe and HV Holtzbrinck Ventures.
Advised Directa Plus, the AIM quoted producer and supplier of graphene-based products on its placing and open offer to raise £8.24 million in connection with the acquisition of Setcar, a Romanian waste management business.
