Chien-Wei Lui joined Fox Williams in January 2021 as an associate in the corporate department and is a member of the firm’s publishing & digital media sector group.

Chien-Wei’s experience includes advising private and public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and shareholder arrangements.

Chien-Wei has a particular focus on advising leading independent publishers, digital media companies and investors in the publishing, media and technology sectors.
