Dominique advises on a variety of regulatory matters across the financial services industry, including consumer credit, payments and e-money, general banking products, licensing, and fintech. Dominique has experience advising a broad spectrum of clients in the financial services industry, including start-up fintechs, large retail and wholesale banks, buy-now-pay-later providers and large credit firms. Dominique’s experience in both private practice and in-house gives her insight into the challenges financial services firms face in ensuring regulatory compliance alongside commercial success.

Dominique joined Fox Williams in April 2024. Prior to this, Dominique was legal counsel at the UK entity of an Australian technology company that services the pensions industry. Before her move to the UK from Australia, Dominique was an associate in the financial services regulatory team at the Melbourne office of Allens Linklaters, having trained and qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.
