Doug advises on corporate law and all aspects of partnership and LLP law. He acts for clients in technology related industries, in financial services and in the professional services sector. He advises clients from start up, through growth, investment and structuring and to exit.

Doug has a particular specialism in advising professional service clients on mergers and acquisitions and in dealing with the complications which can arise in these transactions. A member of the firm’s professional services group, he advises on partnership structures including conversion to LLP, partner remuneration structures, partner recruitment and partner exits, providing advice to firms and to individuals.

Doug is the partner responsible for the firm’s company administration service, which provides an effective, outsourced service to over 100 companies.
