Grace Waterhouse advises clients across a variety of sectors, including fashion, technology and financial services. She enjoys advising employers on a wide range of HR issues, including workplace disputes, disciplinary and grievance processes and allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing.

Grace has experience in handling employment litigation for employers and senior individuals in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court, particularly in relation to discrimination claims. She is also accustomed to providing non-contentious advice in relation to corporation transactions.
