Hannah joined Fox Williams in March 2023 as an associate in the Commerce & Technology team. Hannah advises on a range of UK and cross-border commercial matters and acts for clients in the fashion and technology industries. Since joining Fox Williams, Hannah has advised a number of our clients in relation to their agency and distribution arrangements, including in relation to an international fashion brand concerned with the performance of its agent. Hannah is a member of our Fashion Law and Agent Law Groups.

Prior to joining Fox Williams, Hannah trained and qualified at another major London law firm in March 2021, where she advised on general commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters, which included acting for a high-profile fashion designer. Hannah also has experience in advising large companies and private equity funds in respect of the commercial, intellectual property and data protection aspects of corporate transactions.
