Helen is an experienced employment lawyer, having trained and worked as an associate at a City law firm but also in-house, as legal counsel and an employee relations specialist for a multinational investment bank.  She has advised on a wide variety of employee relations issues, including investigations, executive departures, and whistleblowing.

Her role in supporting the employment and immigration team involves management of know-how, ensuring that the lawyers are kept up to date on key employment developments and their practical business impact. She also maintains the team’s bank of tailored employment precedents.

Helen supports the associates and partners with their value-added training provision for clients and external collaborators. She is also a regular contributor of client-focussed articles and webinar content for HRLaw, the employment team’s bespoke client publications and training service.
