Ishita Mishra has over four years of experience working as a counsel, tribunal secretary, and arbitrator’s assistant in institutional (ICC, LCIA, SIAC, ICSID, HKIAC, UNCITRAL) and ad hoc arbitrations across various jurisdictions such as London, Delhi, Singapore, and Hong Kong. She is qualified to practice in England & Wales and India and has considerable knowledge of litigation in support of arbitration proceedings, including enforcement proceedings under the New York Convention. 

Prior to joining Fox Williams, Ishita worked as an Arbitration Assistant at a leading arbitrators’ chambers in London, where she assisted arbitrators with their international commercial and treaty arbitrations. Before moving to London, Ishita was based in New Delhi and worked as an associate at one of India’s leading law firms and litigation chambers.

Ishita graduated with an LLM from the University of Cambridge, where she was a JN Tata Scholar and served as a General Editor of the Cambridge International Law Journal. She received her first law degree from NUJS, India, where she was a gold medallist.

She is fluent in English and Hindi.
