Jasmine has experience of a wide range of high-value and complex commercial disputes, including civil fraud, breach of contract, professional negligence, and shareholder and director disputes. She has acted for claimants and defendants from pre-action to trial and has experience of group and multi-party litigation.

Jasmine also has experience of securities litigation under ss. 90 and 90A of the Financial Services and Market Act 2000.

Jasmine studied law at Queen Mary, University of London. Prior to joining Fox Williams, she trained at a boutique City firm specialising in commercial litigation and qualified in July 2023.

  • Advising a high net worth individual on claims arising from investments in fraudulent schemes, including claims for professional negligence against the auditor and financial advisors.

  • Acting for the defendant director/shareholder in claims brought by the liquidators’ assignee under s. 238 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

  • Acting for the director/shareholder in a multi-million-pound unfair prejudice petition.

  • Acting for over 200 individuals in a claim against a bank for financial mis-selling and fraudulent misrepresentation. 

  • Acting for the claimant companies in a claim for breach of contract arising from failures to make profit share and fee payments due pursuant to various project management agreements.

  • Advising 49 institutional shareholders seeking +£100m in compensation via a securities litigation group action against Boohoo Group PLC.
